The Mount Everest Circuit

Ensconced in Khumbu region, the Mount Everest Circuit Trek offers a fascinating glimpse into the Tibetan and Sherpa Buddhist cultures. There are many reasons why you should opt for a trek in this region. Of course, the chance to enjoy a glimpse of the Mount Everest is one of those reasons. A trek in this region can take up to 25 days with 17 days being the minimum. During the trek, you should visit Gorak Shep from where you can enjoy some unique views of the world’s tallest mountains. If possible, take a detour and visit the enchanting Gokyo Lakes. In Everest Circuit Trek, you will do Everest Base Camp Trek and Everest View Trek which is shorter treks in Everest Region.

The Annapurna Circuit

This is possibly the most popular trekking trail in Nepal. The trek will take you through some of the most breathtaking mountains and stupefying glaciers in the Annapurna Conservation Area. It will take you anywhere between 16 to 20 days to complete the circuit from Pokhara. Since the trek starts more or less at sea level, you will have enough time to get acclimatized to the height as you slowly progress through the circuit. The beauty of the trek lies in the fact that you will get to enjoy a diverse range of terrain. You will trek through jungles, high alpine landscapes and even a region where Tibetan Buddhist culture flourishes. In Annapurna region trekking, many short and long trekking can be done by trekkers which we said Ghandruk village trek, Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, Annapurna Base Camp Trek and Royal Treks.

The Kanchenjunga Circuit

If you wish to spend more time in isolation as you trek across a fantastic landscape, Nepal offers you the Kanchenjunga trekking circuit. You will need a minimum of 20 days to complete the trek at the base camp of Mount Kanchenjunga. This trek can be a bit challenging but that adds to the excitement of the journey. You will meet the interesting local people of Nepal while travelling through this route.
